Learn how duck tape can eliminate blisters and alleviate foot pain when you are exercising.

Duck tape use number 7

When you are out hiking and you just begin to feel a hot spot on your foot, that is the time to slap on some duck tape. Place a small piece of duck tape over the affected area before a blister forms. If there is already a blister…it is too late. The natural lubricating properties of duck tape will provide reduced friction between your foot and the shoe.

Now I bet you did not see that coming…
