Sports Driven provides injury prevention programs to youth development teams in an effort to educate coaches, athletes and parents about the importance of neuromuscular and strength training.

All training programs are geared toward injury prevention and performance enhancement.

Sports Driven specializes in the following programs:

ACL injury prevention and avoidance.
Throwers and Swimmers shoulder injury prevention programs.
Education on training, cross training, and active rest.
Agility, speed, quickness, strength and endurance with an eye on injury prevention.

Injury prevention training programs emphasize:

Sport specific exercise therapy.
Pillar and dynamic training.
Cardiovascular re-conditioning.
Progressive strength and power training.
